The Blackjack optimal strategy is in your hands, so be sure to continue reading below to learn more. 21 card game or simply known as “21” is a classic casino card game where the main objective is to get a better hand than the dealer. In order to do that, you need to get a hand that is worth more points that the dealer’s. If you do not follow basic blackjack strategy, your odds drop even lower. So assuming you are playing the game to win, why wouldn’t you use basic blackjack strategy? It may seem like a huge risk to hit when you have 16 and the dealer is showing a 10, but sticking to the strategy consistently will give you the best odds.

Abstract
In the casino game blackjack or '21,' mathematically determined best plays have been calculated by various mathematicians and gambling experts. These optimal playing strategies all assume that the casino pays even money on bets (excluding when the player has a 'blackjack'). However, many casinos offer the player 'lucky bucks' that pay the player either 3-to-2 or 2-to-1. In the usual game, the player's expected loss is under 1¢ per dollar bet. in this paper, we derive optimal strategies under luck-buck conditions, giving the player an expected gain of 26¢ or 55¢ per dollar bet.
